SIMPSONS GULLY & BIG SIMPSONS

A steep rugged part of the valley where many beautiful stones have been collected over the years. Agate is still found in this area if you are prepared to dig down to the legal depth or lucky enough to find a small area which has not been dug very deep. Green, yellow, green/orange and a range of these colours were found here.
